How do I create a new agency worker account?
**Note: You will only have the ability to update this information if you're listed as an Admin at the agency in Binti. If you attempt to follow the steps below and are unable to, you likely do not have these permissions set up on your Binti user account, and will need to request the assistance of your supervisor/manager for assistance.
First, navigate over to the Agency Workers section of Binti. You will find this section by hovering over Users in the blue ribbon at the top of the page, and then clicking on "Agency Workers" from there.
Next, click on New Agency worker at the top right hand side of the Agency Workers dashboard.
From there, you'll be lead to a page where you can input all the new worker's information. Be sure to enter a phone number when creating workers. Without a phone number, applicants will not see the agency contact. By adding your phone number you not only enable your families to utilize your contact info, but it also provides you the ability to use an auto email feature if your agency is using the placements module. If you do not want to list your phone number, please list the primary number for your agency.
Please note that the user role that you select will dictate how much access a user has to Binti. If you have questions on what permissions each listed role has, feel free to review the chart with Agency Roles by clicking here: What are the differences between agency worker roles in Binti?
You'll also be able to allow the new user to have access to all applications (including those NOT assigned to them), and to allow status changes to applications.
Lastly, you'll be able to add any supervisees to their account from here. Please remember that their supervisees must already exist as users in Binti, otherwise, they will NOT appear as an available user when adding them. Also note that they need to be created before they can be added as a supervisee to their supervisor.
How do I edit an existing worker's permissions?

First, navigate over to the Agency Workers section of Binti. You will find this section by hovering over Users in the blue ribbon at the top of the page, and then clicking on "Agency Workers" from there.

Next, search for the user profile that you need to edit by using the "Add Filter" button at the top right hand side of the dashboard.

Once you've found the user you're looking for, hover over the "Actions" hyperlink in the right-most column and click on Edit.
From there, you'll be able to update their role at the agency, their permission to view all applications (including those not assigned to them), and to edit the statuses of applications.

How do I update my email notifications and other preferences?
After logging into Binti, look for the Contact Preferences button at the top right hand side of the web page. Click on this link to update your email notifications, color-blind preferences, and your contact phone number. Contact Preferences houses the types of notifications you would like to receive as well as your Contact Info. The following settings can be changed here:
- Assignment notifications
- Status change notifications
- Form completion notifications
- Renewal notifications
- Binti notifications
Binti will automatically set notifications based on the type of worker as shown below.
At any time, you can visit Contact Preferences and change or add the types of notifications you wish to receive.
Your Contact Preferences page will look similar to the following (but will differ slightly based on your Agency and worker types). The last item on the page is Contact Info where you can add your phone number & allow this to be visible to your families assigned to you.
I need to update the supervisor for one of the workers at our agency. How do I do this?

If you attempt to follow the steps below and are unable to, you likely do not have these permissions set up on your Binti user account, and will need to request the assistance of your supervisor/manager for assistance.
In order to update the supervisor for a worker in Binti, you'll need to pull up the current supervisor's user profile to remove the worker as a supervisee, and then pull up the new supervisor's user profile to add the worker as a supervisee.
To find a worker, navigate over to the blue ribbon at the top of the page, hovering over Users > and clicking on Agency Workers.
Search for the name of the supervisor using the "Add Filters" button at the top right hand side of the dashboard.
Once you've found the user you're looking for, hover over the "Actions" hyperlink in the right-most column and click on Edit.
From there, you'll be able to update the list of supervisees by removing/adding any workers who have accounts in Binti.
